Note:
* I didn't drink the soup
* I stirred once, and whatever cream was left after sipping the beverage, well, I just left it there.
....so it's not so bad

Finally, I was able to go back to the gym for almost an hour of workout.
But then, the calories I shed might have been offset by the dinner I had at Crystal Jade.
Here's what I ate:
- 1 'fruits of the forrest' ensure milkshake style drink
- 1 two-piece pack of dewberry
- 1 bowl of Yong tau foo (Broccoli, pechay, fishball, crab claws, fried fishcake with cheese)
- 100 grams of hawthorn sticks
- From Crystal Jade : 1 bowl Yang Chow fried rice, about 5-6 pcs of cuttlefish, 3pcs prawns with soya steamed egg

One thing I like about *toooot* (the company I'm working with), is that monthly, we receive a freebie.

I think I may have ruined my diet (a bit).
In fairness to me, I have been pretty disciplined for the past few days. I just feel like my monthly period is coming up, so I can't resist eating, and I can't stop myself from craving sweet and salty stuff.
Darn, to think I rushed home to swim for 45 mins, just to offset what I ate.
Okay, so here's what I ate:
- 1 pack Blueskies crackers
- 1 Glass of milk
- 1 Fish soup with rice
- 2 very small packs of growers garlic peanuts (47 calories each pack)
- 4 pcs nougat (2 crispy and 2 soft)
- 1 pc wholemeal bread with pork floss
- 1/2 ham and cheese sandwich (my colleague gave me)
- 1 pack seaweeds (35 cal)
- 1 big pack seaweed, as see above (350 cal!!!!!)
- 2 pcs banana
Huhuhu.

Day 3.
I had Yong Tou Fu for lunch. It's not a brand, but more of a stall name which describes what they are selling. Almost all food hall or hawker centres would have them.
Basically, you get to choose 7 items (from an array of ingredients that are mostly vegetables and does not contain pork or lard). The price would likely be 4-4.30, regardless of what you choose. Then, you have to decide whether you want it in soup, with noodles ( sgd 0.50), with rice (same) or with noodles but with gravy (their sauce) instead.
I chose mostly vegetables and some fish balls to taste. All in all, it was a delightful and refreshing meal. But a couples hours after, I was already famished. Sigh.
These are what I are today:
1 pack of Blue Skies crackers for breakfast
1 glass of Nesvita milk
1 bowl of yong tou fu with rice
1 pc shrimp dumpling
2 slices of wholemeal bread with potted meat
1- 500 ml diet lassi ( it claims to have 30kcal only)
1 ponkan
1 slice of bread with pork floss (not yet eaten, but I will, after I post this)
I allowed myself to pig out and gain weight during the festive season, so now, I am obliged to shed what I've gained and more.
