- 1 pouch plain quaker oats with milk
- Mixed rice - fish, 2 veggies
- Shokudo soup - Tuna tofu soup
- Yogurt milk
- 3 pcs chocolate (small)

Day 13 - Friday
- 1 pack nesvita
- Yong Tau Fu (broccoli, fishball, okra, fishcake)
- Shokudo meal ( half order white sauce pasta with avocado and seafood, half cup fried mushroom with wasabi mayo, 2 matchbox size chicken with wasabi mayo, 2 tbsp mashed potato)
- 1 banana
- 3 pcs chocolate
