What I ate today:
- 1 glass of milk
- 1 cup rice, 1 small piece of fried bangus, chopsuey, 5 tbsp sinigang
- 1 can of buko juice
- 2 packs seaweed (35 cal each)
- 3 small packs of Growers peanuts (I think 47 cal each. darn)
- 1 handful of wasabi green peas
- 1 cup old style chinese cookie with meringue
- 3 slices of wholemeal bread with pork floss
- 1 Marigold yogurt
My workout for today: 1 hour jogging/walking
